Over 6 grams of 14k gold with one East West set sapphire, and 3 small diamonds. This ring is a size 6 3/4. It's thick and bold and has a stunning abstract flower design. The sapphire is a 5 mm x 4 mm oval with an approximate weight of 0.35 cttw. The diamonds are 1 mm with an approximate weight of 0.12 ct each and 0.37 cttw for all three diamonds. Circa 1990s. Can be resized at your local jeweler.
