Check out this vintage 14k karat grand piano charm! This charm is from the 1950's - and is made from 14 karat yellow gold, pearls, rubies, sapphires and turquoise. It can stand alone or would be absolutely stunning as a necklace. The top has a spring to open up, the keyboard is made of 13 pearls, the top of the piano is decorated with beautiful alternating rubies and sapphires and 3 small turquoise. The sides and inside of the piano are also adorned with more stones. Chain is not included.
